Terms of Service

You At Your Core is a 12-week text-message-based mental preparedness program for boys ages 14 to 18, focused on practical, everyday character and confidence building. It is not therapy, counseling, or a medical or mental health treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, or claim to treat any condition.

The program is enrolled in and paid for by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their son. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the son being enrolled, and that you consent, on his behalf, to his participation and to him receiving program communications by text message or email.

The program fee is due at the time of enrollment and covers the full 12-week program for one son. Fees are processed securely through Stripe.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason once payment has been made, including if you or your son decide not to complete the program, pause it, or stop using it partway through.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information for yourself and your son, and for keeping your account information current. While we provide the content and structure, the value of the program depends significantly on your own involvement as a parent.

Participation in the program is entirely voluntary, and joining is at your own risk and at the risk of the son you enroll. While the program is designed thoughtfully, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or changes in behavior, mindset, or wellbeing. No program of this kind can account for every individual circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dieno Digital, its owner, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the program, including any emotional, psychological, or other harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

This program is not equipped to handle emergencies or mental health crises. If your son is in crisis or you believe he is at risk of harming himself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately, not this program.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, or trade your or your son's personal information, including phone numbers, to any third party.

By enrolling, you consent to your son receiving text messages as part of the program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.

All program content, including stories, activities, branding, and materials, is the property of Dieno Digital and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
